Everything You Need to Know

How many guests can you accomodate? Cuantos invitados puedes acomodar?

Our enclosed venue fits around 300-350 guests (30 round tables). However, there is outdoor space available for more guests if it's necessary for your event size!

​Nuestro recinto cerrado tiene capacidad para entre 300 y 350 invitados (30 mesas redondas). Sin embargo, hay espacio al aire libre disponible para más invitados si es necesario para el tamaño de su evento.

What is your cancellation policy? Cuál es su política de cancelación?

Upon signing contract for event, a deposit of $3,500 will be made (this is included in the total cost of rental). If cancellations are made, deposit will not be returned.

Al firmar el contrato del evento se realizará un depósito de $3,500 (esto está incluido en el costo total del alquiler). El deposito no se regresar si ay cancellaciones

What is included in our rental agreement? Qué está incluido en nuestro contrato de alquiler?

You will have access to our beautiful landscaping which includes the main event center, pavilion, church, and parking area. With your contract agreement, we allow for vendors to set up a day prior to the event with no extra charge. 

​Tendrá acceso a nuestro hermosos jardines que incluyen el centro de eventos principal, el pabellón, la iglesia y el área de estacionamiento. Con su acuerdo contractual, permitimos que los proveedores se instalen un día antes del evento sin cargo adicional.
